〜(地点)で 動詞

在某地做某事

Meaning

The particle で indicates the place or location where an action occurs. The basic pattern is [location noun] + で + [verb]. Unlike に which shows destination or existence, で specifically marks where an action is performed. This is one of the most common uses of で in Japanese.
